Refunds & Returns Policy

As a company committed to providing exceptional customer service, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges. We do not offer cash refunds for returns; instead, we provide in-store credit to allow our customers the opportunity to find another item that better suits their needs.

This policy helps us ensure that our business remains sustainable by managing our inventory effectively. It also allows us to uphold the quality of our products and services, as we are able to closely monitor consumer behavior and preferences. Additionally, offering in-store credit fosters customer loyalty and encourages future purchases, creating a mutually beneficial relationship between our company and its patrons. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy as we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible.

Refunds

Please note that all sales are considered final. Returns on any open containers must be made within 7 business days, and said containers must be at least 75% full of the original product. Unopened containers may be returned to the store within 30 days from the date of your receipt. 

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or be a recorded transaction in our system.

 

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3230 Ross Clark Cir. STE 2, Dothan, AL 36303.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
