The company does not offer cash refunds for returns, but provides in-store credit instead. All sales are final, but open containers can be returned within 7 days if at least 75% full, and unopened containers within 30 days. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or recorded transaction.

-UPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

-All shipping estimates are based on business days which do not include weekends or holidays.

-UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes

-UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders will be processed the same day if placed before 2 pm CST. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the following business day.

-Shipping rates will be based on the delivery distance and weight of the package.

-Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.

-All orders are subject to sales tax based on the state the order is being shipped to.

-International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value-added taxes (VAT) by default. All prices listed are in USD.
