SIZING OF BELTS
Measuring your waist for your weightlifting belt
Use a pliable measuring tape, measure around your waist approximately 4 inches above where your pant would sit. Please do not suck your stomach in and keep everything relaxed when measuring.
If you are in between sizes or at the top of a size band we suggest sizing up.
Example: if your waist is 35″ you would choose the XL so you have some growing room and to be able to wear over a tee shirt / hoodie etc.
